Royal Helium Ltd. V.RHC

Alternate Symbol(s):  RHCCF | V.RHC.WT.A | V.RHC.WT.B

Royal Helium Ltd. is a Canada-based company, with a primary focus on the production and development of helium and associated gases and is currently producing helium from its Steveville project in Southern Alberta. Its helium reservoir at Steveville is carried primarily with nitrogen. Nitrogen is not a greenhouse gas (GHG) and therefore have a low GHG footprint when compared to plants in other jurisdictions that rely on large scale natural gas production for helium extraction.

RE:RE:RE:I have only ONE question

RE:RE:RE:I have only ONE questionWhat do you think the company would sell for? The market cap is 38 million. Sale price would probably be less than that. If is it was worth a lot more the share price would be higher and they could raise capital with relatively small secondary offerings.

A Nazare horizontal might cause a re-rate but a processing plant for that would be a monster, a $100 million monster. Production at Steveville and direct sales at $450 per MCF might cause a re-rate (especially if they sell some excess production on spot market as they have talked about) but how are they going to get there? Proving that Ogema and Val Marie are commercial problems won't cause a re-rate if there is no path to production and sales. They have a plan. But is the plan holding up. Cormark must have some faith in the plan to put new money here. It is all seeming a little bleak. I hope it comes together. I am not going to sell at this point. Not willing to face seller's regret because the story is a good story. Saskatchewan wants to produce 10% of world helium demand by 2030. They are doing everything to streamline process and to incent investment. You would think RHC would have a chance to particpate, based on everything they have said and done. if they can just produce some helium. It seems they may need more money to get there. Not a unique problem, not the best of times for that problem.
