What I read from the NR's from Aurelio/RLV stated problems/issues is that they continue to be " resource allocation's  issue's " What ever that means in truthspeak. Lack of staff was never mentioned unless that's what resource allocation's issue's mean. ( it's all twisted truth/untruthspeak ) From what I can find is that RLV new auditor " Richter LLP has not faced any lack of staff as of last NR dated Aug 9, 2022. 
Not making excuses, just stating context from official NR's. 
Something up for sure and this is the corrupt casino exchange. Best wishes...........Thanks..MW
