India buying 200 tons of Gold, China buying, Turkey/Turks buying. Cheapest I could find a 1 Oz bar of Gold in the US was $1,760 usd yet futures down today to $1,675. Paper and physical divergence spread getting wider. Something has to give. Certainly see physical prices rising question is will the CME just issue more paper against the reserves held by members.

On the note what's to stop a Gold producer like KRR getting into the retail business. Especially selling coarse gold ?
Wonder if it would also be worthwhile setting up a refining process to produce pure Gold for sale obviously to meet LBMA refining standards. Just curious.
