RE:Three trials simultaneously...Wild bird,  I have no problem with your reasoning,  Except one,   WHY LIMIT TO ACCREDITED INVESTORS"  why not to every TLT investor or any invstor for that matter.  You can just trade the warrant at current price and you get to keep the share at HALF PRICE or close to halfr price.  Does that make any sense except for a few ACCREDITED INVESTORS
