RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Pre market
.Maybe Beacon and Cormark clients weren't happy with how the last pp turned out. Maybe when it came time to pay up there wasn't the participation they hoped for or expected. Someone here said that AVNs board were going to take a good portion of the 90 cent pp. Would they have been willing to buy a good chunk of the 90 cent pp if the results of the appraisal well were poor? Not likely. If the results were bad then Beacon and Cormark bailed before it closed but they are back. Why is Mackie the lead agent now? Would you jump in WITHOUT knowing what they had in the appraisal well. Was hole 2 enough or did they wait for the results from the appraisal well ? Could they sell 2.2 shs and 2.2 warrants before knowing or increase the size of the pp without the results? Maybe everyone agreed to cancel and rewrite at 66 cents out of greed or was that the only way anybody would participate. Beacon and Cormark clients will be in the money instantly with a little boost from the 3 of them and Bruce. Mackie is now responsible for the goings on, not Beacon and Cormark. Maybe just doubts but can they legally hide the participants, release the appraisal well results and run the share price back up?
