Out of money and no options
Doc is out of money and had to sell any part of the business someone would buy. They started the company on the purchase of JunoEMR and now not only have they sold the foundation of their business, they will need to pay license fees to WELL to use the software they once owned. They will pick this company apart piece by piece until someone is stupid enough to buy the rest of the pie at a fraction of the price. Their problem isn't the ability to purchase assets as their business has the same assets as WELL. The problem is their management has no idea how to grow the business. They should have sold the entire company to WELL but let's be honest WELL isn't stupid enough to buy it, they just wanted the assets that fit their agenda. Looking at WELL, what they need is doctors, and what they got was 20 doctors 3 clinics and an emr business they can convert the existing accounts into their accounts. Wouldn't be surprised if they fired the entire teams and just took the reoccurring monthly subscription money
