The Company's downstream operations include upgrading and refining operations in Canada and the United States, and commercial fuel operations across Canada.

Thank you, longest position CVE and fingers crossed that they start quarterly Variable Dividends.

But I think CAD0.15-0.16 per share would be viewed negatively by investors as that plus regular 0.105 works out to ~4%, which is the current Base Dividend of CNQ (CNQ already paying large Special Dividend).
