Brian Belski, chief market strategist at BMO Capital Markets, joins BNN Bloomberg the TSX has "exquisite value", especially for investors buying with Canadian dollars. He is still bullish on the US markets, and believes Q3 earnings will be better than expected. Belski says, “Bears are getting cocky here and starting to showboat a little bit,” but adds that US corporate balance sheets and free cash flows are the strongest he has seen in his 30-plus year career.
