NWT Mineral Resource Act Regulations status

NWT Mineral Resource Act Regulations statusConsidering that NWT Mineral Resource Act Regulations are still in work (as well as mineral resource royalties), it begs the question how much of this is impeding FT's NICO deposit progress.

Caroline Cochrane interview ...
What else can the NWT be doing to make the territory more attractive to investors? The big issue, in all honesty, is finalizing the regulations. That’s what we’re working on now, and I’m of the opinion that if you build it, they will come. If we develop regulations that are competitive and attractive to investors, they’ll come.
