Digital Real Estate Update

Was taking a look at COIN.n SMURF and was impressed to see that they have fully leased out their digital real estate in two popular Decentraland neighborhoods.

COIN leases their land to a diverse collection of brands/companies like Forever 21, Skechers, and McCann Global who often use COIN for strategic consultation and technology as well.

If the crypto markets start to pick up again I think the positive sentiments around the metaverse will follow. IMO with COIN’s eight-figure metaverse real estate portfolio they’re in a solid position to capitalize and the stock will recoup a lot of value quickly.
