RE:RE:RE:Ruminations on tribulations and communications Agreed. Only way forward is a buy-out. Not sure Philip has the profile or detachment necessary to orchestrate a suitable buy-out. In fact, market is already answering that question.

The rest all the way from the multiple contracted IR to the CFO all the way to the board are completely useless. They don't even buy a single share of the company when it's beat up and just get fat off options and do nothing to deserve them. Let's take my favorite moustache man. Phil did the entire deal with Evotec, what exactly has moustache man done to deserve all the options he got? Hasn't even spoke at an AGM, conference, mentioned in a news release, NADA. As far as I'm concerned he is dead weight. Don't even get me started on our CFO who got 5 MILLION shares for doing what exactly? Filing a tax return.
Can't blame the actors but can blame the person who put them there and is OK with them doing the bare minimum. I guess when you're a micro manager, you look for people who are lazy and don't want to do anything unless they are told to do it. Deal by a thousand cuts will be the end of this company if something doesn't change.
