SQI Diagnostics Inc. is a Canada-based company that is focused on lung health. Shouldn't Rali-Dx be done by now? A much needed ICU tool ! Especailly with what is forecasted to be a nasty Flu Season (see Australia) and with the next late fall/winter Covid-19 wave - upon us (see Europe)

IMO, any one of the peices could be sold for multiples of the current MC. Collectively, likely > $ 1B USD, if properly packaged and negotiated.
