It was GRB that requested the extension based on the legal dispute not the City.
I don't dispute the project can't move forward at all.
My point is that Jeff denies there is any legal dispute.

Please post your link to the quotation from Jay Schlosser as I don't see anything directly quoted from Jay in the October 10th meeting.
