They don't do things at the speed of business and the RoF development has the potential to effect rivers and tributaries that flow into James bay effecting the costal communities. These communities have a bad taste in their mouths from the DeBeers Victor mine where benefits were over promised and under delivered. I know many prominent individuals from these places that want the RoF left in the ground.
