What would they get for everything except Magino?

What would they get for everything except Magino?Anyone else think they could likely sell all their assets other than Magino and be debt free plus some cash. Push the Magino exapansion timeline forward to the expanded production and the high grade underground and the stock likely takes off like a rocket! Probably a 5 to 10 bagger minimum in no time. Just my opinion.
