RE:RE:Sage RanchTo be fair to shneps - He has a valid point about the lawsuit (not saying it will go forward or anything will happen.)

All Jeff needed to say is there is a "lawsuit which we believe is without merit and our attorneys are working on it" - This happens ever day with land deals.

All I seen(I could be wrong) - Jeff has said multiple times GRB is not involved in any lawsuits.
