It has a 1% net smelter royalty covering 78 hectares of land positioned in a former silver mining district, located south of the Eldorado mining district at Great Bear Lake.

 C$222 million referenced in the articles contributed by Gov't of Canada divided by C$737 million total over the eight years = approximately 30 percent Gov't of Canada contribution ?

Reads pretty good to me.

Now if our beloved company could achieve something similar, with some provincial government(s) added in the mix too ...
