No, that is ludicrous.

But it is not unusual for a potential buyer to run down the price, before taking over a stock.
Makes sense right, buy low.
If you want to sell, you run up the price. Sell high.

So, in this backhanded way the current dip is confirmation Poet is on track. Just don't get thrown off the roller coaster.
