HPQ: 3rd of the top 6 most viewed companies on SH Unfortunately, Stockhouse still lists us under mining companies, but the good thing is that we still get quite a bit of attention. The 11,219 views would also put us 3rd on the list of technology companies after PYR and DM! By the way, DM or Datametrex - an AI company - also has a lot of potential to say the least.
HPQ Silicon Resources Inc.’s (TSXV:HPQ, Forum) GEN3 PUREVAP Quartz Reduction Reactor is now operational.
The reactor seeks to transform quartz into high-purity silicon at a reduced cost and carbon footprint.
Technology provider PyroGenesis Canada Inc. (TSXV:PYR, Forum), will now test the reactor’s pilot plant over the next two weeks. Once parameters prove satisfactory, it will introduce materials into the hot reactor to enable process improvements. It will then operate the reactor over a few months of continuous production.
HPQ will initiate work on value-added silicon products, provide samples to potential off-takers to develop silicon-based applications, and advance the deployment of commercial-scale systems (2,500 tonnes per year).
HPQ Silicon is the only company bringing a new process for manufacturing silicon that is advancing alongside modern market needs.
Small-cap stocks are often more volatile than large-caps. Disconnects between value and price will continue to become more extreme, and for many investors, “value investing” is more important than ever. Keep tabs on undervalued stocks and prepare yourself for what will probably be a long and wild ride.
