Passive versus active investing

Passive versus active investingI try to eliminate greed influencing my trading. So, i never worry about missing the upside potential as i am more worried about the downside potential. Everyone has their own risk tolerance. My achilles heal is i can't stand having my money not working for me on a daily basis. If i was a passive investor like so many on these boards i wouldn't even bother following the stock market on a daily basis or commenting on these boards. Would probably just read my statement 4 times a year. That to me is awfully boring. Again, each to their own and i hope everyone does well in the market, no matter their method.
