Understandably there are a lot of upset investors here at the moment venting their emotions at this that and the other. We all just need to see what the outcome of CCAA WITHOUT jumping to conclusions and assumptions of what will or won't happen. Getting angry and pointing fingers is not going to help anyone or change anything at this point it just serves to send you further down the rabbit hole. Let's just wait and see what happens first it looks as though ccaa was extended to oct 20th with no objections from creditors. Laughing at others losses may temporarily make you feel better but it's rather childish behaviour and I would like to think we are all adults here and can discuss things in a rational manner. Until we have further news about the outcome there is really nothing to discuss unless you enjoy repeating the same things over and over again.
Gann, the outcome of most CCAA events is that shareholder equity is gone, the debt holders get everything. This was not in case with Reitmans, and MAYBE shareholders won't be wiped out with Xebec. I'm giving it a 95% chance that we do in fact get wiped out. There is a reason why the new management owned very few Xebec shares, they saw what a disaster Prabhu and Kurt Sorschack were. What infuriates me is the way that Tamaracktop berated anyone who dared question him, now here we are and he is no where to be found. Tamarcktop billed investors out of millions of dollars. I honestly think that Kurt Sorshack is Tamaracktop using a hider account.
