Comparison to Taseko?

Before I get much deeper into this stock, I'm trying to figure out some alternates, especially Taseko.

Anyone here have any special insight on what Taseko has yet to spend to bring Florence onstream at 85 million annual pounds. How are they going to finance that?

Help appreciated.
