RE:RE:RE:Code of Ethics and Business Conduct filed

RE:RE:RE:Code of Ethics and Business Conduct filedRather than recruit new employees, companies will sometimes stop recruiting and simply buy out smaller operators in order to acquire their staff.

Dot 1: VMD announced in late July the hiring of:

  • Michael Freeman as Chief Business Development Officer and
  • Jeremy Trahan as Chief Legal Officer and Executive Vice President of Acquisitions and Strategic Transactions.
They created these positions for a reason. Likely these positions will require support staff as well.

Dot 2: The September employee count was 722 showed an increase of only 4 people over the prior month.

Dot 3: Viemed said on the last confernce call that hiring would slow up.

Dot 4: Viemed said on the last conference call that vent patients would increase.

Dot 5: Who knows why VMD's filing on SEDAR of its Code of Ethics and Business Conduct occured now and not years ago?  Especially given that it covers matters such as insider trading. Perhaps they forgot or their lawyers forgot.  Or perhaps there is another reason.

That is five dots that line up.
