The Eagle Mountain Project comprises two gold deposits, Eagle Mountain and Salbora, in addition to several other exploration targets. Its subsidiaries include Gold Belt, S.A., Nicoz Resources, S.A., and Mako US Corp.

b) those shares were effectively cancelled/distributed as part of the 2018 arrangement agreement between Marlin and golden reign (now mako)
c) swordfish is a company associated with sailfish, not mako.  

That is not the overhang.
