What the heck is happening here?????

What the heck is happening here?????Or should I say please explain the complete lack of any actions by this company.  Is there anyone there that knows how to develop and deliver on any successful action plans? As a shareholder I find it completely unacceptable to be constantly kept in the dark. Time to start kicking up a stink!!!
