RE:RE:RE:RE:Code of Ethics and Business Conduct filedJeremy Trahan went to Notre Dame Law school. He was part of the team to do acquisitions.

Perhaps he told them to put that out.

They were both hired about 2 1/2 months ago.  Maybe they found something they like and are covering all legal bases. They did tons of deals.
