Sixth Wave Innovations Inc SIXWF

Sixth Wave Innovations Inc. is a Canada-based nanotechnology company with patented technologies. The Company is focused on the extraction and detection of target substances at the molecular level using specialized molecularly imprinted polymers (MIPs). The Company’s product brands include AMIPs, IXOS and Affinity. The IXOS is a line of extraction polymers formulated for deployment in the gold mining industry. The Affinity system is using its MIPs, which are designed to capture and extract cannabinoids from filtered crude extracts without the use of traditional winterization and distillation. The Company’s patent portfolio covers extensions of the designs for extraction and purification of other critical metals including nickel, cobalt, rare earth elements, and platinum group metals. It also designs, develops and commercializes MIP solutions across a spectrum of industries.

RE:RE:$0.025CAD on ATS-Market Cap just over $3M...This is my dilemma, up2005. The tech works. MIPs themselves are nothing new, but Sixth Wave has proven they can apply them in ways that other companies may have been too complacent with industry conventions to explore. I have read exhaustively about IXOS, and it certainly comes with benefits that, willing they had an appropriate scale manufacturer, would make it a clearly superior alternative to conventional IX resin beads. Even IX resins themselves are currently an underutilized tech in their market space, so if the industry is pushed by green initiatives towards greener mining/metallurgy practices, then Sixth Wave in some sense has a good foot in the door, it won't be overshadowed by already established products.

So the dilemma half of it is in questioning why Sixth Wave has been spending the way they have? Why are management giving themselves juicy salaries while they're already thin on cash and there is little revenue? Why do they keep spending on stock promotion when it is clearly not helping to mantain a better share price? Why not give management incentive options instead of large salaries?
