What is Watsa going to do?

What is Watsa going to do?With this recent down turn in the share price Watsa probably knows his debenture shares are not going to happen. There is also the real possibility he gets voted out at the next AGM. To be truthful I am not a fan. The shenanigans on the compensation committee although legal left a bad taste in my mouth. Do you think Watsa is selling or plans to sell his shares?  This probably means Chen becomes susceptible to replacement as Watsa is his biggest fan.  Is there a possibility now that Chen and Watsa have orchestrated what the did not want to happen, an activist investor fills the void left by Watsa and the negative sentiment towards Chen to break up the company. This would be a shame but Chen has never been able to create a vision shareholders could believe.
