RE:Uncertainty.Turkey will sell the TCF Black Sea gas to Germany and the rest of Europe, and use the Russian gas as their own supply.  Collect the royalties, get the high prices, and buy Russian gas at a discount because Russia has limited markets available.  Win win for them.
