RE:Clarification for one of JL's accusations It's unbelievable that JRL and BJ, and their contingent of lawyers...JGT in Santiago, Hultman in Vancouver, or Galatti in Toronto, would not have known about this. JGT allowed JRL to expound on this incorrectly in his deposition. Why is JGT even being paid?...or does JRL just run roughshod over him in his desire to rant about things he knows little about?

Also, Uglu, I'm curious why you think Ossa is an idiot.? Is it because of the way JRL and BJ have denigrated him? His academic accomplishments are far more vast than theirs. IMO it was JRL who came across as a raving idiot in his deposition.
For Mike on IHUB...the Absolution of Position is what we call a deposition, given formally in a hearing under oath. JRL gave his long winded deposition which MT posted here for all to read. ( 105 pages translated). It's easy to see in his deposition, how imo he squirmed not to answer anything directly that would show he has no titles to PL. Divine rights of first discovery...entitle him to exactly nothing.
BTW...I'm sure Gallati did not use the argument of titles in BJs hearing, because he knows they don't exist. Gallati instead went after irregularities in the process because BJ opted to represent himself in his case against the BCSC. The bottom line is BJ lied to shareholders because JRL lied to him imo.
What is to come soon, are the depositions of BJ and SH of MSX, in their lawsuit against Ossa / Claro. Dates and times were posted recently by MT.
