RE:RE:RE:Latest development from August. 22 Actually I take it back. Per the procedural order 13, the time given for second round of submissions was reduced from 90 days to 45 days. So August 22 was the maximum Columbia could have stretched giving their submission in second round. 

After the final submission (August 22), either party had 14 days to request an oral hearing, and another 14 days to oppose it.  

Unknonws are (a) how long does it take to schedule oral hearing (b) how long does it continue for (c) how long does it take for tribunal to render a judgement after the oral hearing is finished (d) any other legal delays etc. 

We might be in the end game, or not :-)
