Since I sold out and want to buy below nav I'm surprised it's still above in such bad markets. QCA trades at price to book of 0.36. nav is 24 cents and trades at 9. I have loaded up in it starting higher of course... Including my elc funds. Worth a look though. I'd love to load up here if a crash could bring it down... But ELC has more resilience.
