The economics of a liquidation sale

The economics of a liquidation saleIt is not for nothing that my fellow Stockhouse posters have referred to the Thelma-and-Louise leadership duo of Honest Ian and S-l-o-w Eddie as "having their heads in the clouds." So, when Ian abruptly promises the Serenity bondholders a nice fat premium for their patience in trusting Ian to finally pay up, it reveals his lack of understanding of the cutthroat mindset at the lowest rungs of tiny pharma, where Acerus operates.

Where do you think the extra US$2.84 million is going to come from, Ian? And please don't tell me "sale of Acerus assets," because you'll be calling yourself fortunate if a bottom-feeder shows up and manages to offer three mil for your entire shooting match, including the worthless inventory.

Holy Hannah. These guys have learned nothing in 10 years.
