Xebec Adsorption espere ainsi obtenir la reconnaissance de l'ordonnance initiale aux Etats-Unis, ce qui lui permettrait de suspendre les procedures et reclamations des creanciers. They mentioned the 9 plants. IF…. we survive this mess they do have an opportunity to unload non-core assets….such as
Tiger filtration – it was purchased for $20.6 million CAD. TFL had revenues $4.6 million CAD, an EBITDA margin of 42% and a net income margin of 34% for FY2020. They would grow the revenues by displacing parts currently purchased by Xebec elsewhere
Nortec was purchased for approximately $8.5 million CAD through a combination of cash on hand, of which $2.6 million CAD was paid in cash on closing, and 735,838 common shares of Xebec at a price of $4.385 per common share were issued to the seller. Nortec had revenues of $4.5 million CAD for FY2020.
Xebec moved its dehydration products comprised of compressed air dryers, renewable natural gas dryers, hydrogen dryers to that location to free up manufacturing in Bainville Inmatec, a German-based manufacturer of best-in-class onsite nitrogen and oxygen generators.
Its doubtful they have enough Biostream sales to support two manufacturing locations. A decision will need to be made which plant they keep. IMHO
