When a CFo goes into a pennystock chatroom to explain, it tell you why a bank dont loan them money. They can't because they dont have anything at this point. Balance sheet is bad. No assets to support this market cap.

2$ In Q4. If they look to sell something, again because financing is not there.

4 months before running out of money, never a great/run company goes there. POET has a big problem right now.
