RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:MoriarityStrange if both Bing (do you mean Edge?) and Firefox don't work. But try another browser to confirm it's not your ISProvider causing problem for some reason.
Vivaldi is very good, also Brave, Chromium based, both good privacy and options. If it doesn't work then something with your ISP. (I use 5 browsers just to keep in touch with features, performance, and options. Edge and Pale Moon at the bottom of the list. Vivaldi, Brave at the top and Opera in the middle - there are questions about harvesting data with Opera, though it is a nice browser to use).
