To Use electricity to make hydrogen...then burn this hydrogen to generate electricity...to power the plasma torch? Fuxk the plasma torch altogether and burn the hydrogen direct in a simple burner! This is the only way to justify economically building large solar and wind mill stations and operate at night and on calm days! Basic 101 economy course. GLTA.
