With Atlas Salt and Vulcan Minerals losing almost 2/3's of its value, my concern is that both companies are now becomin a flop.

While salt is suppose to be recession resistant, its a disgrace that salt producers are not.

...please sell and be gone lol...you shouldn't be investing you should be flipping for hundreds as that's all you can handle lmao...if you don't recognize an investment when you see one go play the lottery!

yeah if you arent happy with a 35% decrease from the high then you should sell and move on so the pumpers dont have to argue with you when the stock is down 45%.  It really hurts their feelings.

Aha! that's how you reply to another post and include the post in it. there is a QUOTE button!
anyways,
i think you meant to say "aren't happy with a 66% decrease from the high".  not a 35% decrease.  35% is all we have LEFT from the highs, around $4.5.

4.5 - 1.58 =~ 2.90.
2.9 / 4.5 =~ 64.8%   ruffly.!?!?

not trying to be difficult, it's just a painful correction for us all. :(

aint nobody happy with this collapse.  cant explain why its down so much, its gold jerry, gold!  its SALT jerry salt!  we got the salt, its PROVEN.  and its gonna be orders of magnitude LARGER than what's PROVEN.  Drills were still turning they said a while back.  dont know if they still are?  and they said assays were delayed earlier this summer, i wonder if that's still the case?  i know we got the goods, but you still need official assay results, cant imagine anyone putting a serious bid in on visuals alone.

no reason for this to go down so hard, unless its manipulation.  sure, maybe margin calls, or people tired and wanting to bail, but this seems to defy logic and expectations...big volumes.  and it's NOT shorts.  most recent short numbers from Oct 1 - short shares is 226k, DOWN 59K from pervious reports.  thats from over 2w ago, the latest numbers havent been published YET, from Oct 15, but i highly doubt the short # will increase that much, especially at this level.  if couse that presumes shorts positions are left open and arent closed in a day or 2.

other musings...

when were all those bids due for the wind farms?  I wonder if all this is linked, cause...

we are talking about net-ZERO for this mine, right?  I recall seeing some tidbit about that.  someone said the biggest expense is going to be electricity for the conveyors, but i think the design is going to b a GREEN mine, so we're going to use green electricity?  Is that somehow tied into our potential upcoming wind farm(s)? Some other way?  does that make our mine even MORE valuable since we'll generate what we need, in a renewable way, and won't need the expense of paying for electricity?

get the FS out already!!  this is quite painful being up over 100% now being DOWN double digits %.

i figure that the more this is worth the harder they're gonna shake the tree and we'll see in the end.  theyre gonna play dirtier the more this is worth.  taking losses on short trades now,  to save money in a bid longer term?  and if we're in a bidding war, will multiple parties try dirtier and dirtier tactics?  does this get worse the lower we go?  this is one long agonizing drop day after day after day...

i'm (painfully) calling the markets bluff on this one!!

Almost ALL IN!!
Go SALT GO!
