Aris Mining Corporation is a gold producer in the Americas. The Company is engaged in operating two mines with expansions underway in Colombia. The Segovia Operation is located in the Segovia-Remedios mining district in the department of Antioquia, Colombia, approximately 180 kilometers (km) northeast of Medellin. The Segovia Operations comprises four active underground gold mining operations, which include El Silencio, Sandra K, Providencia, and Carla. It has over 11 titles with a total area of 5,335.58 hectares (ha). The Marmato underground gold mine is located on the west side of the town of Marmato, in Marmato municipality of Caldas Department, in the Republic of Colombia, approximately 80 km from Medellin and 200 km northwest of the capital city of Bogota. The Company is also the operator and 51% owner of the Soto Norte Project, which is advancing to develop a new underground gold, silver and copper mine. In Guyana, it is advancing the Toroparu, a gold/copper project.

RE:RE:RE:RE:Aris flat or eve downPete, there are probably a number of reasons, some legit others not so much. Personally I don't like Frank Guistra involved since his association with Clinton Crime Family. That reason should bring out some dandy replies. There are still nitwits that look at huge debt without realizing they have that and more in cash. Others think the new Colombia president is going after mining when we know that isn't true. Gold is down affecting us a lot. The deals that have been advantageous for management, not so much for shareholders. You can only spin off and buy back mines so often before someone catches on. And the buying dollars shorting mining stocks makes sense although why us and why down here. Hardly overvalued. No dividend, no buyback. Plus some here may be sick of waiting on a true valuation after 5-10 years of utter undervaluation. At some point you just start to think it will never get the true value. Time will tell, but I'm still holding, not buying.
