RE:RE:Winner WinnerIts reached a point of "not a matter of if" but its now where in Louisiana and when! there will be ample enough financial backing of states and governments to build the first SMC money will not be the issue at all. For those of you stupid enough to see this is not going to happen its time to sell. There will be more states jumping on board.
