Losing 2 Directors who have chosen not to seek another term. Not being replaced by the look of it.
Note that on September 19, 2022 news release, it stated, "...and the company's five independent directors in lieu of cash compensation."
On October 17, 2022 news release, it stated, "...David A. Fraser and Edward M. Reeder has elected not to seek another term as a Director."
When you start paying your employees and executives in shares in lieu of cash compensation, you know the co. is in trouble. Will dilute the common shareholders. Remember when they were buying back their shares? Sadly that action did nothing to spur this co. going forward.
I began this journey with some of these people going way back to 2004, "Environmental Management Solutions" (changed name to "Englobe"). Wondered how long they could keep going. And here we are. Are they waiting and hoping someone will buy them out?
In my opinion, Busseri thought by showing a base in the U.S. (with him at the helm), would help expedite orders from the U.S. Government. Looks as if the "Buy American" did not work out.
You Pandora, deserve an honour for loyalty. Sorry for all the other longs as well.
Good luck going forward.
Desertfox2 if you have been involved here since 2004 then that outdoes me by far. Loyalty gets you rewards in some consumer markets but not in the stock market. :-))
As I have found out in too many Canadian tech companies the products can be very good but the ability to actually make them a winner is too often not there. I have had a number just go off into the sunset despite a lot of good intentions. But I am stubborn - to a fault - believing that one of them will actually come through as a success.
