There are no administrators in Toronto or Port Huron, they are all in the USA in Portland Oregon, that makes it also harder to prosecute as the investments are from a Canadian Venture and from Pink over the counter shares bought by multiple investors, I read that the count is over 30,000 swindled investors since the beginning. It's a well planned scheme and seems to be a lost case...the future appears brim and obviously they will call back the debt they created and continues as a private company....
