Moving Montalva Forward

Moving Montalva ForwardAs we all know the Montalva Project is at a point where Jeff has stated "the parties are in consensus" and yet what we don't know is whether that consensus is good or bad in the immediate context of the project.
I'm sure GRB was hoping the project would be approved in July but that obviously hasn't happened.
I believe the best question to ask at the webinar is the following -
Is GRB abd PBJL Energy currently participating in the second tranche of renewable projects to be submitted on November 14th 2022?
My personal opinion, with having no announcement in July, this is where the project now stands. "Consensus" being they have the right to participate along with everybody else bidding on the second tranche.
Wait and see.
