Oil at $86

Oil at $86Trying to find any news article that Oil will be bullish in the coming weeks or month isn't turning up anything except for the Oil forecast from Trading Economics which puts Oil at $89 for this quarter which still has 2 1/2 months to go and doesn't seem very bullish when we are sitting at $86 so I'm wondering if we'll see Oil trading down around $82 or lower again on bad economic data which is being released every other day and maybe $86 Oil is the high to expect from OPEC cuts, I'm having a hard time seeing Oil in the upper $90+ right now with all the headwinds and just 24hrs ago Oil was trading at a low of $81 so are we to believe that the economy turned bullish for higher Oil overnight? and we are always one bad data read away from lower $80+ Oil. It's a race to see if Oil can climb up to $90+ before the economy deteriorates pushing Oil back toward $75  Down $3 one day and up $3 the next makes little sense.
