My only worry is even management allows a buy out at a super low price per share to a private seller, and then our ability to recoup losses goes out the window completely.


I find that averaging down on stocks that I'm unsure of usually results in magnifying my anxiety. I'll do it on occasion with stocks where I have 99% confidence in management, the business, the balance sheet etc. My average here on my small position is 30 cents and will stay at 30 cents whether it gets cheaper or not.
