The extension of the Stay until October 20 is to pursue discussions in order to secure interim financing, continue the ongoing SISP and prepare alternative scenarios should the Company be unable to secure interim financing. The funny fact is that National called the investment teaser "Project Eagle" and sent it to 199 potential Bidders around the world.
