RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Co-Location with Circle Knot yet ...the last C1 warrant will be divided in 2 ,subject to a vote -that should pass -on December 16th .
Then ACT should execise the first part of C1 and would own around 42 % or more if the $ 5,000,000 loan is excercise at a price 1,68 , then the second part of C1 for control would be excercise only in December 2023 ..after what ACT evalate more or less the end of the recession .
It is a very wise move made by ACT and it reflect how sharp they are in business IMHO .
