Enbridge Inc. is an energy transportation and distribution company. What is your point?  Europe has been using unisex bathrooms for decades because they cost less.  

If the USA can't  get it together maybe they should concentrate less on guns and genitals and more on construction. 

Maybe its because they not only have to make the stalls bullet proof they have to be homophobe proof too!

Did you happen to see in San Fransico the city is building a new public washroom with one toilet to be used by any gender. Cost $1.7 million expected to be completed by 2025 by the time all permits and construction is completed. No wonder it costs so much to build any thing in the USA.
