Wow - tad dramatic

Wow - tad dramatic My interpretation was company will do repairs that will allow for continued operations, presumably for short term where I define short term as 1 to 2 years while procuring new cells etc. If they can continue operations, even at reduced rate, they should be able to generate a significant amount of the proceeds necessary for upgrade.

They still have an unrealized hedge gain of 130 M$ (who knows where its at now).

Market has no confidence this will happen by todays reaction, assuming a long term shut down. A Chinese mill took only a year to get back up and runing, though probably several years of planing, but still suspect the 2 year requirement for implementing new cells is overdone.

What was the working capital last quarter, 245 M$?
