Which Sesame Street Character is Traps? - NOT the CountGoldy is about as smart as Bert, but not as congenial. Traps is clearly not the Count. And they dont let anybody on sesame street play with scissors (cut and paste reference) 

Maybe these two would be the Statler and Wardoff. Any thoughts?
